Hello,

The answer is option 4.

Glomerular filtration is the process by which the nitrogenous wastes from glomerular blood are filtered through minute pores present in the walls of Bowman's capsule.Tubular secretion is the transfer of these waste materials from the peritubular capillaries to the renal tubular lumen. So both these processes are involved in the addition of hippuric acid, creatinines and ketones to urine.

Hi

The correct option is 4) both 2 and 3

Explanation

In the process of Glomerular filtration , nitrogenous waste likes creatinine, Hippuric acid,  and ketone bodies from glomerular blood are filtered through filtration slits, in tubular secretion , transfer of nitrogenous waste materials like creatinine Hippuric acid and ketone materials from the peritubular capillaries to the renal tubular lumen.

So, Hippuric acid, creatinine, and ketones are added to urine through both Glomerular filtration and Tubular secretion .

Thankyou
