In the GSEB Class 12 exam, the theory marks for History are 90 out of 100. There are no practical marks for History.

Here are some tips for preparing for the GSEB Class 12 exam:

  • Know the weightage

Focus on topics that carry more marks. You can refer to the GSEB's blueprint or weightage distribution.

  • Read NCERT books

Read NCERT books thoroughly, especially for core subjects like Science and Mathematics.

  • Solve past papers

Solve the past 5 years' papers to get familiar with question patterns.

  • Create a study plan

Break down your day into 2-hour blocks. In the morning, revise difficult subjects, in the afternoon, practice questions, and in the evening, study lighter subjects.

  • Focus on practical exams

Ensure your practical files are complete and neat. Understand the experiments and their principles, and practice writing procedures and observations.

The minimum passing marks for a subject in the GSEB HSC exam is 33%. The aggregate marks must also be 33%.

All the best for future endeavours..
