The fees which you paid was only for the Admission Charges, Tuition Fees, Practical fees, and semester fees added to that the library fees.

Although you can borough some of the Reference Books from the library itself but it is considered a better option if you buy the main books of the corresponding subject and keep them with you.

Would be helpful in the long run.

Hello Aspirant,  Every college have their own library. You can take books from the college library and you have not to paid anything for that. But you have to give it to back after the given duration by the college.
