HKBK college of engineering is good for computer science but if you have another options better than this then go for it,if this is the only option then don't fear it's a good college it also has NAAC accreditation.

For Computer Science and engineering, I must say that the college doesnt plays a big role but only the student does. So you should join it if it is the last or the best option available now. Bangalore is the place which is IT hub and thus the chances and opportunites to succeed is increased with the place itself.
