Regarding your query, at first I would like to inform you that without officially released cut-off marks of top and eminent NITs for this year by NTA ( National Testing Agency), we can't make any accurate statement about the precise cut-off marks of any NIT.

But there is a little hope for you to get chance in other low-esteemed NITs like NIT Jalandhar, NIT Sikkim, NIT Manipur, NIT Mizoram etc.

Moreover one thing I should mention here is that your marks and rank are perfectly suitable for several state Government and Private engineering colleges, so hope that you've applied for State Level Counselling which has already started.

Sorry to say that as per your percentile you are not getting any seat in any Nit. Nits are prestigious institutes of India which requires good rank. I suggest you that you should go for state level counseling like Punjab, mp, haryana and your respective state.
