After thorough analysation of the above provided link, it should be quite clear for you also that despite being OBC category student it's quite difficult for you to get admission in the top and renowned NITs with this performance. But there is a little hope for you to get chance in other low-esteemed NITs like NIT Jalandhar, NIT Sikkim, NIT Manipur, NIT Mizoram etc.

Moreover one thing I should mention here is that your marks and rank are perfectly suitable for several state Government and Private engineering colleges, so hope that you've applied for State Level Counselling which has already started.

Sorry to say that as per your percentile you are not getting any seat in any Nit. Nits are prestigious institutes of India which requires good rank. I suggest you that you should go for state level counseling like Punjab, mp, haryana and your respective state.
