hlo By mistake while editing the application form for phpto graph and signature i had deleted the application now for the new application i have to do another payment but what about the payment of that previous application can't it b refundable or substitute in place of this payment.

Gulshan, you haven't mentioned the details of the entrance exam or application form you are enquiring about. Neverthless, once the payment has been made towards an application fees, it will not be refunded unless there has been a double transaction while making the payment. Now if the application has been deleted, the payment you made unfortunately goes in vain. It cannot be used for another application.
