There is no particular college for the CA course .... If you want to prepare for this course, you can go to a good coaching classes.And See,one should consider eligibility criteria while selecting this course.
A minimum of 55% score is required for graduates/post graduates (for commerce stream students) and other graduates/post graduates require a minimum of 60% to apply for CA.
CA exam is conducted by the institute of Chartered accountants in india.
There are 3 levels into it and the students who wish to be CA ,are required to qualify all these levels.
1st is CPT,i.e.Common Proficiency Test.

2nd is IPCC, i.e. Intermediate integrated professional Competence.

And last one is CA final exam.
Now moving to your last question....
Well,no course/stream can be judged as better or bad.
There is actually no comparison between CA and BTech.because both these courses have their own demand....and own good record.Choosing a course or stream is completely depend upon your subject interest of that field.
So,You should consider your interest and
your skills in that field.So,find your interest first and then follow what your mind says.
