Let me to inform you that according to the previous years cut off rank for keam in government colleges of engineering kozikhode you rank is slightly lower for admission in electronics and communication engineering. May be if this year the closing rank changes then you can get electronics and instrumentation.Chances for Civil are very low. You can check the cut off here :
