Hey Pranay, hope you are doing well. According to previous year's trends and cutoffs there are slight chances of getting into NITS as the cutoffs for OBC across all NITS is around 14k-15k and your rank is 16k. Every year cutoffs change so please be positive. To be on the safe side you should fill the forms for private colleges which accept JEE MAINS Score like Nirma University, Sastra University, Thapar University, DAIICT, PDPU,etc. Hope it helps!!
