Hi aspirant,

You have obtained 37.26 percentile in JEE Main 2020. The cutoff for JEE Advanced this year has not been released yet. However, we can predict the same based on previous year data because the cutoff will be more or less similar to past year. Take a look at previous year cutoff for JEE Advanced for different categories:

General..........89 percentile

EWS.............78 percentile

OBC...............74 percentile

SC....................54 percentile

ST......................44 percentile

PwD....................0.11 percentile

Since you belong to OBC category you are not eligible to write JEE Advanced because the cutoff for OBC category is 74 percentile and you have obtained just 37.26. You need to do better in September. Based on this percentile your Common Rank list (CRL) rank would be 5,50,000 approximately. This rank won't fetch you an NIT also. Nevertheless, to see and predict your college and branch you can check the link below:

All the best.

Hello Aspirant,
As according to the percentile marks you have provided of your JEE Mains exam, your general category rank is approximately between 5,85,000 to 6,00,000, which we can see that you can get  the obc category rank vary from 1,50,000 to 2,00,000.
So, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to give  the jee advanced exam as you have not qualified for it even after the category rank.
So , I would like to suggest that you can go for the preparation for one more time to secure good percentile in JEE Mains exam.
Hope you will find it relevant.

Your percentile is too low for being qualified for JEE Advanced. The cut offs for JEE Advanced for 2020 haven't been announced yet. Nevertheless, going by previous years trends, you will need atleast 85 percentile. You may have to appear for September session. Your rank is calculated using the formula 100-your percentile*869010/100 wherein 869010 is the no.of Candidates appearing for January session. Going by that your All India Rank is 547476.
