You may have to consider the All India Quota of admission due to your better percentile in JEE mains over the MHTCET percentile

Your MHT CET score is quite low but your JEE MAINS score is comparatively good. It actually depends on the cut off marks of the above exams. The MHT CET cut off will be decided after the completion of all the rounds of counselling, so you need to wait for the releasing of the cut off marks by the system.  The cut off of JEE MAINS has been set according to categories. As you have much better percentile in JEE main in comparison of mhtcet so I would be going with that
