Hey Suaysh Srivastav,
With that rank, it would be pretty difficult for you to get into a good government or semi- government college through UPTU.
I would still recommend you to attend the counseling and take your chances. You might still have chances of a good branch in okay colleges like Rajkumar Goel or Galgotia.
