Yes for pursuing INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER PROGRAM also, you need to appear for VITEEE 2020. Your admission will be concerned on that basis only apart from boards marks eligibility criteria which is to score a minimum of 50% or aggregate and above. ITP program was first started in 2016 from when this rule came into picture. And you can either pursue ITP from VIT for 2 years and then go foreign OR all the 4 years in foreign are also allowed.
