The NDA exam pattern and SSB patterns and information is updated  on the official website or u can refer to SSBcrack exams page . NDA is purely and only for male candidates between age of 16.5 to 19.5 . You can try for CDSE but only for OTA or if interested in IAF then AFCAT would do good , but NDA is strictly for male candidates! :)

UPSC conduct the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Exams twice every year for vacancies in Army, Navy and Air Force. Below are the Eligibility Criteria for applying for NDA Exams:

• The minimum age should be 16, born not later than 1st January, 2006.
• The maximum age should be 19, born not earlier than 2nd January, 2003.
• You must have passed 10 +2 in any recognised Board in PCM.

Services Selection Board (SSB) conduct Interview for the Candidates who have passed the Written NDA Exam. The SSB Interview is the most difficult interview. It is 5 - day Interview Process which tests your personality, intelligence, physical and mental strength of the Candidate!
