hlo sir according to in csab round 2019 my st category rank (os) and (All). if i am eligible to get nits in (All) state so in 2020 can i get nits through (All) st category rank. rather using (os) for nits. engineering collage?

See CSAB is the board which conducts the counselling for those seats which are left vacant after JOSAA Counselling and let me make you clear that in CSAB Counselling no category rank is considered, only your CRL rank will be taken into consideration for the allotment of seats through special counselling by CSAB.
