As per the previous year cutoffs trend, at your score you have low probability of getting admission in government medical college in your category under state quota. And one need to score much more to get government seat for MBBS in All India quota.

However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty. Also you can get admission in private medical colleges under management quota.
