Yes you can go for the colleges by appearing emacet entrance test or else you can contact the college you would like to join get a seat in management quota .More number of college are running under the government and there are few atonomous college .
If you didn't appear in JEE MAIN then don't worry. There are many more exmas through which you can take admission in govt college.
Without any exam there are not possible to get admission.
You can apply for college like VIT, SRM, IPU etc.
You can take admission by donation or through management quota in top pvt college like Galgotia, Amity etc.
