Hello aspirant!! There is nothing like if you get seat in CBIT then you will get Integrated CSE with M Sc in US that to freely without payment. Both are different from one another. If you want to do integrated course in US then go for it and without payment or with payment it depends upon you. If you get full scholarship then you may get seat without payment in US.
