Hello manij deepak.

Yes you can easily get seat in VIT through TANCET entrance exam. The government of tamil Nadu will allocate seats even for the people who come from othe state.And it does not depend on your caste.It depend purely on the entrace exams and accoeding to your rank you will be placed in the colleges.
