I would say a score upto 400 would be the safest to secure a seat in a course like BAMS in a government college.  Since you have got 353, it can be possible that it will fetch you a seat if you wait till mop up round, so keep your hopes up.  Also, you should know that your rank in the respective state where you applied also plays a part in deciding.

Before anything could be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a chance to get into a good college.
