Home Science is included in the list of Elective subjects of D.U. under List B. If a person has studied Home Science as well as Political Science in 12th, ans wants to go for Pol. Science Honours, can Home Science be counted for best 4 without any deduction in overall percentage ?

Yes, you may count Home Science as your fourth subject while calculating your percentage.
