Both hotel management and engineering is good from the point of pay and placement. It is very true that both these fields are very wide career as well as better salary. But,I will suggest you, just choose those field, in which you have perform better, but engineering field are very great demand in now a days and if you do engineering course then you will get high salary packages in India as well as foreign.But, in hotel management very few person get success and if you want to live your life better in future, then go for engineering course. But it depends on your point of interest.
