Talking about the rank/percentile predictor I want to tell you that no predictor can be 100% accurate because the predictors find your result based on certain correlations with previous years' trends. These things change every years based on the number of students appearing, difficulty level of the examination, etc. But I can assure you that its accuracy ranges between 80-85%.
