How admission decided for admission in MBBS ? weather on basis of NEET A.I.R and 12th class state Board /CBSE percentage both considered for admission ? percentage obtained in 12th class of any state Board or in CBSE treated as equivalent ?

Class 12th percentage just matters for you to become eligible for NEET UG entrance exam. All the recognised board of educations are considered equal and not only CBSE is given preference. You can pass class 12th from any recognised board of education, be it a state board or a central board.
Admission to MBBS and other medical courses is provided on the basis of your rank AIR and state level quota, in NEET UG entrance exam. Here, class 12th marks doesn't play any role.
