The syllabus for Bachelors in Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery is common in all countries across the world. It is same in all the universities and institutes in india because all of them follow the common curriculum proposed by MCI. This means an MBBS degree is same in AIIMS and any other college. This year onward, there is no separate examination for AIIMS. There is just one common examination to get into AIIMS, JIPMER, and all other medical and dental institutes.

The only difference is the exposure, experience of the faculty, better facilities and student rankings, AIIMS is a better institute overall, with good equipment and infrastructure.

Dear Aspirant
AIIMS syllabus is almost similar to NEET for PCB. But AIIMS has two additional sections - Current affairs and aptitude.
Assertion- reason questions are also asked in AIIMS entrance.
