How any attempts are there for neet 2018 exam three or nine attempts
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
So till date the rule stand as
Number of attempt - 3
Counting of Attempts - from 2017 onward, means any attempt prior to 2016 will not be counted in 3 attempts, if student appeared in NEET UG 2017, that will be considered as first attempt....
Age criteria - minimum 17 yrs... MAXIMUM - no upper limit...
Hopefully it helps

Hi Shivendra,
There are 9 attempts for general category and 14 attempts for reserved category. The age limit is 17 years to 25 years for general category and 30 years for reserved category. And also you can take gap as per your convinience. It is not compulsory to attempt NEET exam continuously as per the new rules.
All the best.
A student can take only 3 attempts at NEET exam.
