How are pec mechanical placement

Placements for mechanical engineering in PEC are good. Based on previous year placements statistics, highest package in mechanical engineering is 23lpa whereas average package is 5 lpa.As this college is very old many top reputed companies visits for recruitment. Almost 60% of the students got internships in Amazon, Alstom, Tata Motors, McKinsey, L&T, etc.

Punjab Engineering college is a Government NAAC B+ deemed to be university. The college offers admission to the course of BE Mechanical Engineering through SAT , JEE Main .
The college have good placement rates for CSE & ECE. For BE Mechanical Engineering the placement rates as well as the packages drops a bit. Now in average the salary offered is around Rs. 5.5 LPA CTC and the placement rate is around 62%.
