see if you dont perform well in interview or in reqruitment process, you will not get job. bits pilani is really a good college. and most of the student land a job. however some students who are under performing become job less.

Highest package offered in  BITS Goa was around 28 lpa for CS branch, for EEE it was 17.42 lpa, there are people, a few of them) who din't get job. but is happened when you are really bad in performing.
