How are the placements in BIT for EC ? Is it good to take EC in BIT?

Birla Institute of technology is the top colleges in India.
Coming to EC in BIT it is very good. The core companies like Qualcomm, TATA communications, Sankalp semi conductors visited this institute. The Qualcomm offered 15lpa.
Some other companies that visited are Snapdeal, Goldman sachs etc.
The placements are really good.
