How are the placements in IIT for Msc Physics students ??

hi,
see the placement scenario is not best as compare to technical streams, while you are studying at IIT you would get placement opportunity in companies like IBM, accenture like mncs, mostly vacancy comes for process executive, business analyst like profile. if you have good communication skill as well as some programming concept, excel, ms office skill you may get a job around 4-5 lpa. another option is to join coaching institute like fitjee, aakah which has excellent offering for iit students. In case you are interested for phd may appear in gre/ ielts like exams and apply for abroad university, if you have ugc net or gate score, you have chances to work as a research fellow position or apply for phd in iit.
