Dear candidate,

if you`ve taken year gap and have worked under someone, you can get the certificate from them. If you haven`t worked, in that case, it is best to contact the last educational indstitute you were enrolled into. Talk to the Heads of the departments and principal. If not, then look out for the list of the people who`s signature on the certificate would be considered valid. The best amongst them would be to contact your last educational institute. Trust me, it would be an easy task.

Just work in the time frame provided by the authorities.
