After your 12th commerce, you can go for BCA. Eligibility for BCA in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (it may vary if on university)
The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA/BBA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or equivalent(diploma degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

BCA stands for Bachelor of computer applications is a three year undergraduate course which have fundamentals for computer languages and computer systems. It is considered as professional degree because it has practical informational course. Commerce students can easily get admission into BCA course after class 12th.
Admissions into various colleges will start right after board exams of class 12th will end. Also, the admisisons for various different courses have some particular eligibity criteria. So, you should wait for atleast till June last week for admission procedure to start.
See, if you want to take admisisons on direct basis then you can simply visit the college and fill the form and pay the fees but for that you need your class 12th marksheet. So that is why you should wait till the examination is completed for class 12th.
Eligibity criteria for BCA course: A student must have scored a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized board of india.
