How can a diploma student of chemical engineering pursue undergraduate in abroad for the same department with the diploma qualification ?

If you have done your diploma in chemical engineering and you want to pursue the same for your higher education, then I suggest you should go for doing a btech degree first in India. You can join Btech across many colleges in the second year directly and then after 3 year in Btech, your academic knowledge will increase which will be beneficial when you apply for higher education abroad.
After btech, you can apply for MS from universities abroad. All you have to do is prepare for GRE. This is a exam for doing masters in universities like stanford, Caltech, etc.

Yes sir i understand your query as i would like to give you a brief about this as follows :
If you want to pursue degree after diploma as it depends on the country you want to choose as there are few countries and also few universitiea that would allow to do undergraduate course in chemical engineering as there are 15-20 universities which would allow you to do degree in abroad but it depends on the country and univetsities in it which allows you.
