How can a student unlock his potential?
Now, when there are many options, when young people have many ways where they can go and many fields that they can explore, I think really that understanding or unlocking your own potential must come from you. You should have a conversation first and foremost with yourself and I think nobody really else can do that for you. You have to ask yourself the questions about what gives you great joy. For example, we have a discovering purpose course at Harappa or we have a leading self course at Harappa. To figure out what your potential is there are two or three ways. First is the conversation that you have with yourself. Second is the potential that sometimes what the other people tell you about you. Sometimes other people see brilliance in us which we don't see ourselves but we disregard it because we don't value it. Third, pick up people, a friend, faculty, anyone from your family whom you respect and ask them what they think is your potential and what they have seen.
All of these ways are all under your control. You should discover your potential and then understand in which field you can apply that potential so you are likely to get success. There is a process by which you can do this.

Hey there
By saying unlocking the potential means you want to utilise the full potential of yours. For this you need to have a very clear aim in your life then only your mind stops from distraction and focus on a single target. Dedication, continuous hard work are also important. There is no shortcut to success and hard work always pays.
Good luck
