Hello aspirant,
There are three types of students in Dubai:
*International Students on a Student Visa: not allowed to work with exceptions such as internship programs or volunteering, no permission required from the university, only application directly from the student and document filled in for the internship program, application from the student’s side to a volunteering centre etc.
*Students on their parents’ residency visa: not allowed to work with exceptions such as internship programs or volunteering.
*Students who are local: can do whatever they want.
Most students who work and study at the same time, are not local AND get money for it do not disclose it to the authorities.
For MBA amity dubai is good as the syllabus there is comparable to foreign universities. But only go there of you do not get iim or xlri in india. For btech i would suggest to stay away from any amity.
Thank You!!
Hi Radhika,
Students can look for part-time work opportunities in Dubai. Students having university sponsorship may approach the UAE labor department to get the requisite documents.
