how can Andhra Pradesh incoming b-tech student's can apply for national scholarship with out complition of ap eamcet councling?

Students who are not eligible for the fee reimbursement through the eamcet they should search for the national level scholarship for undergraduate students there they can get the scholarship. It will be merit based and some are need based.
