Kerala Government Colleges accept entrance exams like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, KCET, AEEE. So if you haven't applied for KEAM, you can use your JEE Main rank or KCET rank for getting admission in the Government Colleges of Kerala.
Some of the colleges are:
1. IIIT, Kerala
2. NIT, Calicut
3. IIST, Thiruvananthapuram
4. College of Engineering Muttathara, Kerala
5. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth Amritapuri Campus
