To apply for a human resource manager job in a company, you will have to send an email to inquire about vacancy and if there is then you need to send your CV/Resumé to apply for a job.

The minimum qualification is a Bachelor's degree and some companies even require a Master's degree. Your degree should be in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
