Some memory based questions are available in various websites but that won't be of much help to you. You can purchase the mock test booklet of career Launcher where you'll not only get atleast 10-15 mock papers but you'll also get the previous year questions for atleast 10 years.
Apart from that you can also find the section wise previous year questions from books of Arun Sharma's Quantitative Aptitude, DI/LR and Verbal Ability. You can also purchase the books of Arihant publications by the name Face to Face CAT.
All of them would provide you sufficient solved material to practice and get a good knowledge about the types of questions generally asked in CAT and other management entrance exams like XAT/SNAP and IIFT.
