The Directorate of Medical Education(DME) will release the MBBS/BDS application form 2019 in the second week of June.The application has to be filled and submitted in offline mode only, and all the relevant supporting documents(photocopies) should be sent through post.The the application fee is 500 and the amount has to be payed through DD.This has to be sent along with the application form and other documents.In TN 85% of the seats are allocated for the state and remaining 15% for All India category.Since you did not pursue your schooling in TN, you will have to produce domicile certificate additionally.The last date to fill the application form would be third week of June.

Dear Sir/Ma'm, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission to various medical institutions all across India was held on the 5th of May 2019. The qualifying cut-off for general category is 118-691 marks and for Scheduled Caste, Tribe and OBCs is 96-118 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doens't guarantee you a seat. The state counseling generally starts after the National level counselling or in sync with it after a few days. So it varied from state to state when they will open their portal for counseling and all this is decided once the results are out.
