Hey Rohit,
1.) Check with Universities who allow lateral entry to the second year of the respective B.C.A./BSc.-I.T./C.S. programme on the basis of a Diploma, such as Mahatma Gandhi University, State of Tripura(M.G.U.), whether they would do the same
2.) You may write the examinations of certain professional societies, such as the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology(N.I.E.L.I.T.), which is a professional scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (Mo.E.I.T.), Union Government of the Republic of India, & conducts 4 levels of examinations, i.e., the one-year ‘O’ level(equivalent to a Foundation Level Course in Computer Applications), which is followed by the one-year ‘A’ level(equivalent to an Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications), which is followed by the two year ‘B’ level(equivalent to a Masters in Computer Applications(M.C.A.)), which is followed by the two year ‘C’ level(equivalent to an M.Tech. in Computer Science). N.I.E.L.I.T., from what I’ve heard is pretty lenient in giving exemptions, so I wouldn't be surprised if they waived off the ‘O’ level for you on the basis of your engineering mark sheets, thus, you could have a qualification which is equivalent to an M.C.A. in just 3 years! But, a word of caution, N.I.E.L.I.T. ‘C’ level is considered a full M.Tech. degree in all aspects, but, the ‘B’ level is considered equivalent to an M.C.A. only for employment purposes(even in the Union Government), therefore, some universities may not accept the ‘B’ level for admission to their respective M.Tech./M.E. or Ph.D. programmes, although a few, including an Institute of National Importance(Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata(I.S.I.)) do accept it, & apart from N.I.E.L.I.T. itself, many Universities abroad, including ones located the United States of America(U.S.A.), the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland(U.K.) & Canada do accept the ‘B’ level for admission to their respective programmes of higher study.
3.) Apply to any American University, located either in the U.S. or internationally, as these Universities are known for their sophisticated credit transfer policy, therefore, you would not have to repeat the modules which you have previously studied & would be granted exemption from them on the basis of your engineering mark sheets.
