Hello

First, you need to choose your program and University. Second, you know you need to check their admission requirements and gather all of the necessary documents. Third, you need to make sure they are in the proper format and submit them before the deadline

Be it any option you first need to clear the exams: GRE/GMAT and any of the language exams. The admission completely depends on the marks you obtain, your prior education record and your experience.

These consultancies at most help you to write good SOPs, ease the process of application and can provide you with some other minute details.

I have known people who have done everything on their own and got good universities.

So it's completely up to you. If you can write your sop and take care of things do it yourself. If you want little help go for the second option. If you just want to sit back and relax hire the option 1 and do as they say. But you would need those scores anyhow and by yourself.
