how can i apply for mahadbt if my aadhar is not updated or linked

I am mentioning the steps for registration for Maha DBT using Non Aadhaar.
Step1: Click on New Applicant Registration.
Step 2: New Registration (Non Aadhaar) from page will be displayed.
Step 3: Enter Further From details.
Step 4: Upload Identification Proofs required.
Here user will upload the photo required according to the Portal's requirement.
