Hi Abdulla,
See, as far as AMU is concerned, admission on the NRI quota seats takes place through counselling organised by MCC itself
All the three types of seats present in AMU, being NRI quota seats, open seats and internal seats- admission is done through counselling by MCC.
The authorities will go through your details and if considered eligible for NRI quota, you will be given respective NRI quota seat in a college according to your AIR secured.
Separately you do not have to mention anything in the form showing that you have to apply under NRI quota.
Just fill in your details completely and select the counselling type, you want to participate in and then you are all set to go.
Remember that last date for choice filling is 24th June, so make sure everything is complete before that for you to not loose being alloted a college in the first round, obviously if you clear the city off.
I hope this information helps.
All the best.

Kindly inform as I want to be make sure to be considered for NRI quota.
