Chattisgarh has open MBBS seats - which means it allows non-domicile student that is student from other states to participate in Chattisgarh counselling and apply for MBBS seats in Chattisgarh. However, this is only restricted to private colleges, and not government medical colleges.

In order to apply for MBBS private college in Chattisgarh, you need to register for Chattisgarh state UG NEET counselling. Since you are not a domicile of Chattisgarh, the options for college preferences is only upto private colleges. Usually fees in private colleges can vary from 10-15 lakhs per annum. You will be alloted a seat based on your merit. You need to upload relevant documents such as your actual domicile certificate, NEET rank card, aadhar card etc.

either you have to give the option of chattisgarh during AIQ counselling and apply under MCC.

or else, you can directly apply to state counselling provided you have the state domicile.

if management quota is ok for you, then you can directly approach the college, but the admission will be based on NEET only.
