IISER Mohali and IISc Bangalore does not offer btech in nanotechnology, so you cannot apply for the same. Some Colleges which do offer btech in nanotechnology are as follows:-
- SRM institute of science and technology
- School of engineering and technology, jain university
- Amity school of engineering
- Chandigarh university
- NIMS university, Jaipur
- Bharath institute of higher education and research, Chennai
- Bhagwant university
