ELIGIBILITY:

Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals

• No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of 2020
• You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
• 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
• NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible

IMPORTANT DATES:

Registration Dates: 2nd to 31st December, 2019
Downloading of Admit Cards: 2nd March, 2020
Date of Examination: 3rd May, 2020
Date of Announcing Result: 4th June, 2020

There are 5 stages in the Application process:
Registration
Filling the Application form
Review and Final Submission
Upload Photograph and Signature

Details that you need on hand:

A valid Mobile number, A valid Email id, class 10th and 12th details, correct spelling of your Father and Mother's name, Aadhar no# last 4 digits, Class 12 roll no# as issued by the Board, Scanned images, Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking Details.

Registration:

All the communication from NTA will be online and through email so it is important to give an email id and mobile number that are in regular use. You will have to fill in the details like Candidates name, Mothers name, Fathers name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, State of Eligibility, Category, PWD, Identification Type, Identification Number, Mobile Number, Email Id, OTP.

Filling the Application Form:

You need to fill in details like Personal Details, Place of Birth, Choice of Medium of Question Paper
Choice of Examination Centre - four exam cities have to be chosen, 10th Academic Details, 11th, 12th Academic Details, Permanent Address, Correspondence Address
Details of Parents and Guardian, Dress Code Assent
Security Pin

Review and Final Submission: There will be a correction window open but not all the details can be edited. So it is important to review the information before submitting it.

Uploading of Photograph: Instructions

Must be latest passport picture in a white background with the Name of the candidate and date written on the photograph. The Size must be 50 Kb to 300 Kb and format should be JPG.

The focus has to be on the face with 80% coverage and ears clearly visible.

Uploading of Post Card size photograph: Instructions:

Must be latest post card size picture in a white background with the Name of the candidate and date written on the photograph. The Size must be 10 Kb to 100 Kb and format should be JPG

Uploading of Signature: Instructions

Candidates must sign with a black pen on a white background in JPG format with a file size of 4 Kb to 30 Kb

Uploading of Left hand thumb impression: Instructions:

The file size should be 10kb-50kb in JPG/JPEG format.

Class 10th Passing certificate: Instructions:

File size of 100kb to 400 kb in JPG/JPEG format.

Payment:
It is Rs. 1500 for General Category. EWS and NCL OBC have to pay Rs.1400 and Rs. 800 for SC/ST/PWD/TransGender and the Payments can be made through Debit/Credit Cards or Net banking.

Print out:
Take a print out of the Confirmation page for all future references

Before applying, must check the eligibility criteria briefly. While registering for NEET, you need a valid mobile number and a valid email address, class 10 and 12 details i.e. marksheets, certificate, school details etc, your aadhaar number, Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), Passport Number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number, Scanned images of passport-sized photograph, and signature and other documents, Credit/Debit card or Net Banking details for online payment.

2.Register with valid email I'd and phone number.

3.Fill all details like personal details, category, academic details, etc. in NEET application form.

4.Upload scanned documents and images.

5. Pay the Fees for application through online method like internet banking, debit card, credit card, etc.
