As of now, all institutes are conducting admissions in online mode only due to an enormous outbreak of Corona Virus as a global pandemic and since you have not mentioned the name of college so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately. However, if the institute is giving facility for offline forms than you have to visit to the center which is authorized by the college or college itself for form distribution.

After taking application form you have to fill it out and should submit at the required place which was informed to you by the college authorities. Note that this process varies from one institute to another so for accurate answer please mention the name of institute.
