The best colleges in the world for engineering are:
- Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA)
- Stanford University (USA)
- Cambridge University (UK)
- ETH Zurich (Switzerland)
- Nanyang Technological University (Singapore)
In order to apply for the engineering program at most of these universities, you will need to submit the following application materials which should satisfy the university's minimum eligibility criteria:
- @page { margin: 2cm } p { margin-bottom: 0.25cm; line-height: 120% } a:link { so-language: zxx } SAT or ACT scores for universities in the United States
- Official transcripts or marksheets of prior educational qualification
- English language proficiency scores of eithee IELTS Academic, TOEFL or PTE Academic
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) or Letter of Intent
- 2 or 3 Letters of Recommendation
Additionally, in order to gain admission to ETH Zurich, candidates must also submit proof of German language proficiency as the undergraduate courses are taught in German.
